Plain-English summary: These Terms are the agreement between you and Clickilink. You must be at least 15 to use the Service, you own the content you post (and give us permission to display it), and you agree to follow our community rules and applicable UAE law. Businesses that sell on Clickilink have extra responsibilities. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Clickilink ("Clickilink", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Clickilink website at clickilink.com, our iOS and Android applications, and the backend services at api.clickilink.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 15 years old to use Clickilink, in line with United Arab Emirates law. If you are between 15 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in the UAE), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where such consent is required by local law. You must also be capable of forming a legally binding contract and not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law. Clickilink does not offer in-app parental-control or age-verification tools; these eligibility rules are your responsibility to observe.

3. Definitions

  • User — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • Business — a User who operates a business profile to list products, services, or jobs and to receive orders.
  • Content — anything you create, upload, or share, including posts, articles, comments, messages, photos, videos, audio, listings, and profile information.
  • Clink — a shareable link or connection created within Clickilink to a profile, post, business, or other resource.
  • Order — a purchase or request placed with a Business through the Service.
  • Service — the Clickilink website, mobile apps, and backend API, collectively.

4. Account Registration & Security

To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password, and notify us promptly at info@clickilink.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames and accounts to protect the Service and our users.

Accuracy of your information. When you create your account and while you continue to use the Service, you must provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete — including your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other identity or profile details you supply — and you must keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or impersonating information is prohibited. In particular, you must not misrepresent your age or your date of birth to bypass the 15-year minimum age requirement described in Section 2, and you must not create an account using another person's identity or details without authorization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any consequences of providing inaccurate, outdated, or false information. If we have reason to believe that any information you have provided is untrue or inaccurate, or that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account and remove related Content, as described in Section 11.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the Content you create and share. You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

By posting Content on Clickilink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and display), publish, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account, except for Content others have shared or that we must retain for legal reasons, and except for residual copies in backups for a limited period. You represent that your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not violate any law.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not, and must not allow others to:

  • post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or that incites violence;
  • harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or privacy right;
  • upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape, or otherwise disrupt or overload the Service;
  • engage in fraud, deceptive commerce, spam, or unsolicited advertising;
  • collect or misuse other users' personal data;
  • violate the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) concerning combating rumors and online crimes, or any other applicable law.

We may remove Content and take action against accounts that violate these rules, as described in Section 11.

7. Community Guidelines, Reporting & Blocking

Clickilink is a shared space, and we ask everyone to keep it safe and respectful. Be civil, post authentic content, respect others' privacy and intellectual property, and keep commercial activity honest. To help enforce these standards, the Service provides tools that let you:

  • Report posts, comments, messages, accounts, or businesses that you believe violate these Terms;
  • Block other users so they can no longer contact or interact with you;
  • Make your account private so that only followers you approve can see your posts and content;
  • manage who can see and interact with your Content through available privacy and visibility settings;
  • Edit or delete your own posts, content, profile information, and account at any time.

These privacy and visibility settings let you control your own account and who can reach you; they are not age-verification or parental-control features. For more detail on the choices you have, see the Your Privacy Choices & Controls section of our Privacy Policy. We review reports and may remove Content or restrict accounts at our discretion. Reporting and blocking are available on both the web and mobile apps.

8. Business Accounts & Commerce

Businesses can publish profiles, list products and services, and accept Orders through the Service. If you operate a Business, you additionally agree that:

  • your listings, pricing, availability, and business information will be accurate and not misleading;
  • payments for Orders are processed by a licensed third-party payment processor; Clickilink is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold funds or store full card details;
  • you are responsible for fulfilling Orders, arranging any delivery, and providing customer service;
  • you will set and honor clear policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds, consistent with UAE consumer protection law; disputes over Orders are primarily between buyer and Business, though we may assist with platform-related issues at our discretion;
  • you will comply with all applicable commerce, licensing, and tax obligations in the UAE and any other relevant jurisdiction.

You may delete a Business profile and its listings at any time. However, records of completed Orders are retained so that buyers keep an accurate record of their purchases and so we can meet financial, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including the Clickilink name, logo, and other marks, along with the software, design, and original content we provide — is owned by Clickilink or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service, or use our marks, without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on trusted third-party service providers to function, including a licensed payment processor (payments), a media storage and delivery provider (media hosting), and third-party content providers (such as GIF search). For security reasons we describe these providers by function rather than by name. Your use of these features may be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy practices. Clickilink is not responsible for third-party services, and links or content shared by users to external sites are not under our control.

11. Termination & Suspension

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and Section 8.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users or businesses, or for the quality, safety, or legality of any items or services offered by businesses.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clickilink and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clickilink and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right or applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, you agree that the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@clickilink.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

16. Apple App Store EULA Addendum

The following additional terms apply when you download or use the Clickilink iOS app from the Apple App Store. In the event of a conflict between this Section and the rest of these Terms with respect to the iOS app, this Section controls for that app:

  • Acknowledgement. These Terms are concluded between you and Clickilink only, and not with Apple. Clickilink, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Scope of license. The license granted to you for the app is a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • Maintenance and support. Clickilink is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
  • Warranty. Clickilink is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Product claims. Clickilink, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
  • Intellectual property. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Clickilink, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
  • Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app, and that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

17. Google Play Note

If you download the Clickilink Android app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Clickilink only, and Google is not a party to them and is not responsible for the app or its content.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
